At Anitee, we hope you love what you ordered — but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve got your back. Our goal is to make every refund simple, transparent, and stress-free.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we’ve received your returned item and completed the inspection, we’ll issue your refund.
This process typically takes up to 14 days from the date the return arrives at our facility.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used at checkout — whether that’s a credit card, PayPal, or another form of payment.
After the refund is processed, please allow your bank 3–5 business days to complete the transaction and reflect the funds in your account.

Are There Any Deductions?

Please note the following:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return was not caused by an error on our end, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
