Conditions for Returning an Item
To qualify for a return, please ensure your item meets all of the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Tags and labels should remain attached.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
We cannot process returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
After this period, we’re unable to accept returns.

A clear photo or video of the item if it’s damaged or defective.

Once we receive your request, typically within 72 hours, we’ll provide detailed return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Information
Unless the return is due to an issue on our end, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs and packaging the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process an exchange if your item arrived damaged or defective, or was the wrong item or size due to our error.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined above.
Once confirmed, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as possible.
Important Notes
Customized, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Any items returned without authorization may be refused or deemed ineligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
