Where We Deliver

Right now, we ship within the U.S. only — yup, all 50 states (hey Alaska & Hawaii).
Sorry, no P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories (yet).
Not international… for now. But we’re working on it!

How Fast Do We Pack?

We get to work as soon as your payment clears:

• Orders before 2PM EST: Usually go out same business day.
• Orders after 2PM / weekends / holidays: Processed the next business day.
• Holidays & big sale days (think: Black Friday): Might take us 1–2 extra days.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order usually arrives in 2–5 business days.

But heads up — delays might happen if:

• You live in a remote area
• Weather’s being weird
• Carriers are swamped
• There’s a major holiday happening

If Something’s Off…

Hit pause & contact us if:

• Tracking’s frozen for 5+ days
• Package says “delivered” but… where is it?
• Something’s damaged
• Still no package after 7 business days
